Access Administration

The Access Administration allows to manage company users and external experts to access the EDCenter.

 

There are two editors named:

User/Access Settings

Contact Persons

 

Please notice that the EDCenter automatically creates different user types:

 

Unit User
If you create a unit with the "Structure Configuratior", automatically a user for the unit is generated by the EDCenter.This user is identified as Type "doctor". This user is used by dedicated system to send data to the EDCenter.

 

Admin User
If you create a company in the "Structure Configurator" automatically an administration user is created by the EDCenter. This user is identified as Type "admin".

 

Contact User
The contact user will be created by the contact person editor of the Access Administration. This user is defined as "edc" type.

 

 

Users dedication

 

Contact User:
Once the contact user is created in the Access Administration, the Structure Configuration allows you to add the contact user to the unit resp. division level. The user dedication to unit resp. division is important to be informed by e-mail if there is a data transfer from the unit to the EDCenter.

 

Unit user/admin user:
Both users automatically are dedicated to the company resp. to the unit.
